Our coaching philosophy is centered on putting the athlete first, and we strive to create a collaborative and supportive training environment that helps athletes reach their full potential.


At NVDM Coaching, we understand that high-performance endurance training is about more than physical fitness. It is also about mental strength, strategy, and effective recovery.


Our experienced coaches work closely with each athlete to develop a training plan that considers their current fitness level, lifestyle, and long-term goals. We believe that a successful training plan is challenging but sustainable, and we prioritize communication and feedback to ensure that our athletes feel confident and motivated throughout their journey.


Our athlete-driven approach also means that we provide individualized attention to each athlete. We offer one-on-one coaching, video analysis, and regular check-ins to ensure each athlete is progressing and feeling supported.


NVDM athletes will have all their training data monitored daily through Training Peaks, and constructional feedback will be received, providing accountability and an assurance that improvement is being made.


What is measured will be improved, and if the improvement is not being made, the training approach is adjusted until the right formula is found for that specific athlete. If the athlete trains with the right volume, frequency, and intensity while committing to communicating effectively with NVDM, the athlete will improve.


The NVDM Coaching team will outline everything for you with extreme specificity and communicate with you every step of the way.
