Ep 192 - IRONMAN 70.3 WACO – NATASHA VAN DER MERWE PROFESSIONAL TRIATHLETE

In this episode of the Pursuit of the Perfect Race, I talk talented athlete Natasha Van Der Merwe about her race at the inaugural IRONMAN© 70.3 Waco.

This race is unique for a few different reasons but for starters the race featured no swim and a time trial start.  Natasha was the leader of the race and we talk about how this felt for her and what it meant for her as a professional to race the lead.  She uses Tower 26 for her swim training and has a clever way of managing her life/work/training balance in order to integrate it all together.  I learned so much from her in this episode and we catch up after her race at IRONMAN© Arizona.  Stay tuned.  Thank you Natasha for coming on the show.  I enjoyed this chance to talk with you and value our friendship.
