Natasha has not only provided us with a strategy and training plan to get stronger physically, but is also in tune to our needs regarding the mental aspect and all-around race execution. Working together for just five months, we improved our fastest 70.3 times by 36 (Tiffany) and 37 (Caitlin) minutes each at Challenge Daytona 2020.
All along the way we’ve trusted the process because Natasha gives us that confidence to know it will pay off if we follow the plan.
