It had been 36 years since my last triathlon. Natasha, Nick, Harold and the entire coaching staff share a level of experience, knowledge and insight from competing and training that accelerates your development and growth far beyond what you could possibly do alone. Also, I’m always amazed at their ability to be singularly focused on me as the team has blown up. There are lots of groups you can join – but, if you’re looking for a family NVDM is your only choice
