As a fitness professional I’ve always prioritized fitness but the last two years I've found myself stuck in “maintenance mode.” Training with Natasha has given me new motivation to get fitter and reach new goals. I’ve learned more the first two months with Natasha then I did after a decade of racing. I have a lot of confidence she will help me hit my goal of a 90 minute half marathon.
