If you are looking for a safe place to practice some bike handling skills under the guidance of experienced NVDM Coaches, then this clinic is for you. Some skills we will go over include:

  • Mounting/Dismounting
  • Clipping In/Out
  • Gearing correctly
  • Cornering
  • Posture on the bike
  • Pedaling Efficiency
  • Basic Bike Maintenance
  • Hands-on tire change demo
