Cancellation Policy

1. Commitment Period

All coaching plans are billed on a monthly basis. There is no minimum commitment period.

2. Post-Commitment Period

To cancel a subscription, a 14-day written notice is required.

Notice must be sent directly to info@nvdmcoaching.com.

3. Effective Date of Cancellation

Cancellations will take effect 14 days after the written notice is received.

If your billing date occurs within those 14 days, the upcoming payment will still be charged, and your plan will remain active until the end of that next billing cycle.
