Refund Policy

1. General Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@nvdmcoaching.com.

2. Month-to-Month Subscriptions
Refunds for month-to-month subscriptions will be processed if a 14-day written notice is provided, and the cancellation request is within 14 days of the payment for the upcoming month.

 

3. Pre-Order Items
We cannot offer refunds or returns on pre-order items. Please ensure you understand the terms before placing a pre-order.

4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the request.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Services
Fees for services already rendered, including consultations, training sessions, and digital content, are non-refundable.

 

6. Exceptions
Exceptions to the refund policy may be made at the discretion of NVDM Coaching in cases of extraordinary circumstances, such as medical emergencies, with appropriate documentation.
