CHRISTIAN BROWN-JOHNSON is an experienced endurance athlete with twelve years of endurance sports experience.
Christian built himself up as an athlete over the years, from being a weekend warrior athlete/competitor to finding a true passion in pushing his physical and mental limits to the test. He’s completed close to 100 Tough Mudder events, including regular Tough Mudders to 9 World's Toughest Mudders, countless podiums across Tougher, Toughest Mudder, and Infinity race series events, and a 3x 100-mile World's Toughest Mudder finisher, with a third place finish and 105-miles in 2024.
He’s also completed multiple 100-mile ultra-marathons, winter sled-pull 100+ mile ultra-marathon, Otillo SwimRun, Arizona Monster 300 2025, three Ironmans with one being Ironman World Championship 2023, and countless triathlons. He qualified for the Ironman World Championships at his first Ironman race in Texas in 2023. Christian has learned over the years that dedication, discipline, and mental fortitude are the keys to accomplishing any goal you set your mind to.
A coach is a great asset to help guide you towards your goals and grow you as an athlete and human. Christian’s goal as a coach is to guide you through the growth process as an athlete and prep you to be the best you can be when you toe the line on race day.
