KYLE LITHGOW is an aspiring professional triathlete and endurance coach committed to getting the best out of himself and those around him. Kyle has been in the sport of triathlon for three years and has qualified for multiple 70.3 and a 140.6 world championships. Along with triathlons, he competes in gravel bike races, MTB races, and ultra-distance trail runs. Kyle also graduated from North Dakota State University with multiple degrees, with one being in kinesiology.
Having to work a full-time manual labor job while competing/racing, Kyle understands the importance of a balanced lifestyle. He recognizes that his athletes have individual needs and aims to prioritize those to help them balance life and training while getting the most out of their training.
Kyle spends most of his time with his family and friends in Minnesota outside of his career. Kyle is an avid sport climber, bow hunter, fisherman, and anything related to the outdoors.

2nd Place AG & 11th Overall - Ironman Wisconsin 2022
7x 70.3 Finisher with multiple AG podium finishes
3x Ironman 70.3 World Championship Qualifier
Ironman World Championship Qualifier
Podium finishes at local Minnesota sprint and Olympic distance triathlons. along with gravel bike races, MTB races, and 50k trail runs
Coaching Highlights:
Coached athletes to Ironman 70.3 World Championships.
Coached multiple athletes to complete their first triathlon, from sprint, Olympic, 70.3, and all the way to an Ironman.
Coached athletes to complete ultra-distance trail runs, MTB, and gravel bike races.
Coached an athlete to a sub-3-hour marathon, earning him a Boston Marathon qualifying time
Coached multiple athletes to personal best in all triathlon distances, bike races, and run races.
