What are your Short Term and Long Term goals?


My goal is to enjoy every aspect this sport has to offer. I want to chase every goal that excites me: qualifying for World Championships, winning races, turning pro, and helping others reach their goals along the way.



What impact has NVDM Coaching had on you?


NVDM has completely changed the trajectory of my triathlon journey. It’s given me structure, accountability, and a team that believes in me. I’ve seen massive improvements in performance, but even more importantly, I’ve grown more confident in my ability to chase big goals.



What is your favorite discipline? And why?


The run is my favorite. No equipment, no hiding. It’s where I feel most in control and where I can dig deep mentally.



What is your favorite workout?


The 20-mile long run with the team, especially when we do the 6-4-2 breakdown — it’s tough, it’s fun, and there’s nothing better than pushing through it with people who bring out your best.



What is one piece of training advice that you would share with others?


Be consistent, even when motivation fades. Progress comes from showing up every day and trusting the process, especially when it’s not glamorous.



What is your favorite meal?


Cabo Bob’s — easy choice. It hits every time, especially after a long ride.



What is a fun fact about you that most people might not know?


I’m a triathlete and a photographer. sometimes I’m racing, sometimes I’m behind the lens.
