Assistant Coach
Keri Pawielski
Keri’s coaching philosophy is rooted in balance. She believes training should support life, not compete with it.
KERI PAWIELSKI’S path to endurance coaching is shaped by longevity, clinical expertise, and a deep respect for the whole athlete. An endurance coach and licensed physical therapist, Keri blends injury-prevention knowledge with lifestyle-aligned training to help athletes stay healthy, resilient, and consistently progressing toward ambitious goals. With more than two decades of experience across triathlon and single-sport endurance events—and a professional background in outpatient physical therapy—she brings a uniquely practical, body-aware perspective to coaching.
Keri’s coaching philosophy is rooted in balance. She believes training should support life, not compete with it. By understanding an athlete’s daily routines, responsibilities, and overall stress load, she builds plans that serve the entire person and family—not just race-day performance. This approach allows athletes to train confidently, reduce injury risk, and sustain progress over the long term.
In addition to traditional racing, Keri is passionate about guiding athletes through non-traditional endurance adventures—events without start lines, medals, or crowds. From multi-day efforts to single-day epics, she brings firsthand experience helping athletes prepare both physically and mentally for transformative challenges that redefine what endurance means.
Keri lives in Saint Joseph, Michigan with her husband, Christopher. Their two daughters are grown and building lives of their own, leaving the house in the capable paws of their border collie, Finley.
