Assistant Coach
Maggie Rettelle
Maggie is deeply passionate about empowering athletes to unlock their potential and redefine what’s possible.
MAGGIE RETTELLE’S path to endurance coaching is grounded in science, experience, and a belief that peak performance starts with a balanced life. With over a decade of experience mentoring individuals and groups, Maggie brings a rare combination of nutrition expertise, coaching insight, and lived athletic excellence to every athlete she works with.
Maggie holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Central Michigan University and is both a Certified Health and Wellness Coach and a USA Triathlon Level I Certified Coach. While nutrition is a cornerstone of her work, her philosophy extends far beyond fueling plans. Maggie believes optimal fitness is built through alignment—between training, lifestyle, career, relationships, and self-worth—and she helps athletes create systems that support sustainable performance and long-term well-being.
As a competitive age-group endurance athlete, Maggie practices exactly what she teaches. She has competed at the highest levels of the sport, racing at the Ironman World Championships in 2019 and 2022 and the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in 2018. A prolific runner, Maggie has completed more than 40 marathons, including 12 consecutive Boston Marathons, and earned a “Best of the Best” award at the 2018 Boston Marathon. Notably, many of her strongest performances have come in the past five years—clear proof that age is not a limitation when training, nutrition, and recovery are aligned.
Maggie is deeply passionate about empowering athletes to unlock their potential and redefine what’s possible. Her coaching blends evidence-based guidance with empathy, accountability, and a whole-life perspective—helping athletes not only perform better, but live better.
