Mitch Jankowski
Mitch Jankowski is a two-time Ironman World Championship finisher and five-time USA Triathlon All-American who brings a performance-driven, people-first approach to coaching.
MITCH JANKOWSKI’S path to triathlon coaching is defined by elite performance, leadership, and a people-first mindset. A two-time Ironman World Championship finisher in Kona and a five-time USA Triathlon All-American, Mitch brings firsthand experience from the sport’s biggest stages—understanding exactly what it takes to prepare, execute, and perform when it matters most.
Beyond racing, Mitch’s coaching philosophy is shaped by real life. As a husband and father of three, he understands the demands of balancing family, career, and training. His programs are designed to be efficient, sustainable, and grounded in an athlete’s day-to-day reality—not just a race calendar.
Mitch’s coaching background extends beyond endurance sports. He currently serves as an 8th-grade basketball coach and JV baseball coach, roles that reinforce his emphasis on fundamentals, accountability, and long-term athlete development. These experiences carry directly into his endurance coaching, where he prioritizes consistency, confidence, and habits that support lasting progress.
Whether an athlete’s goal is completing a first triathlon, qualifying for championship events, or unlocking a new level of performance, Mitch is committed to helping them train with purpose, balance, and confidence—building skills and habits that extend far beyond race day.
