Assistant Coach
Wade Kammel
Wade is deeply committed to helping athletes of all levels unlock their potential—whether that means finishing a first triathlon, qualifying for world championships, or tackling ultra-distance events.
WADE KAMMEL’S path to endurance coaching is built on discipline, service, and a deep commitment to evidence-based performance. After serving in the United States Marine Corps, Wade discovered cycling in 2011—an outlet that quickly became a passion for endurance sport and pushing personal limits. By 2015, he was fully immersed in triathlon, launching a competitive career that has spanned everything from local sprint races to ultra-distance events at the highest level.
As an athlete, Wade has competed at some of the sport’s most demanding stages, including the Ironman 70.3 World Championship, the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii, and the IUTA Double Ironman-Distance World Championship. His racing experience extends beyond traditional triathlon into ultra-triathlon events, giving him rare insight into both long-course performance and extreme endurance demands.
As a coach, Wade brings a truly holistic approach. He is a USA Triathlon Level II–certified coach (Short & Long Course), a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, and holds a master’s degree in Applied Kinesiology. This combination allows him to integrate training, nutrition, movement, and recovery into one cohesive system—grounded in science and tailored to real life. As a husband, competitive athlete, and healthcare professional, Wade understands firsthand the challenges of balancing training with family, work, and long-term health.
Wade is deeply committed to helping athletes of all levels unlock their potential—whether that means finishing a first triathlon, qualifying for world championships, or tackling ultra-distance events. His coaching is practical, precise, and rooted in sustainable performance.
